Frank Otero Filmies Program Assistant frank@qcfilmies.com Frank has been behind and in front of cameras for over 10 years now. He graduated from Academy of Art University with a degree in Motion Picture & Television. The last "big" film he acted in was called "The Shepherd Cometh", shot in Dublin CA, which will be at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.  He writes, acts, shoots, directs, edits, etc. Frank updates QC Filmies with local and national film news, contact him with any relevant film information you'd like to see on the site.
